Retail Customer Service Specialist

Retail Operations is responsible for the safe, efficient and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's retail operations that service WalMart or other retail customers, ensuring quality customer service delivery. Retail Sales Support is responsible for performing customer service and clerical functions to support retail business operations, expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and problem/dispute resolution. Full-time and Part-time positions available!
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years’ experience (preferably in retail)
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems
- Strong customer service skills
