Work Hours:
- 10:00 am-7:00 pm (4 days during the week)
Every Saturday 9:00am-3:00pm
(Will have 1 day off during the week which will either be Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday)
What Customer Order Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Customer Order Management is responsible for expediting orders by acting as a liaison in problem solving, research and problem/dispute resolution.
Accountabilities in this Role
- Taking inbound calls in a call center environment
- Placing orders for medical supplies
- Providing excellent customer service
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-4 years experience
- Prior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems required.
- Customer service experience preferred
