We currently seek a friendly, team-oriented individual with outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to join our manufacturing team in our Springfield, OH, facility. This position provides key support for manufacturing and maintenance and back up for the plant manager.
Duties include:
- Machine Operation
- Preventive Maintenance
- Minor, basic machine repair
- Participate in team efforts to ensure that customers’ delivery and quality standards are met or exceeded
Qualifications include:
- Demonstrated outstanding customer service orientation and skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, productivity, responsiveness, listening and problem-solving skills
- Track record of excelling in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive demands
- 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
