Duties and Responsibilities
Manages all aspects of the Tech Hub computer store; maintains accurate inventory, technical support, and development of computer configurations to best serve students, faculty and staff; responsible for hiring, training and managing full time and student employees; manages documentation to indicate compliance with manufacturer program requirements; maintains a presence on the sales floor; works with OSU departments and external customer groups to market specific programs; develops policies, procedures, goals and annual budgets; collaborates with marketing team to develop and market The Tech Hub Computer Store.
Position Requirements
Retail experience in a University environment with extensive knowledge of current computer industry; supervisory experience; experience in new business development, customer base cultivation, maintenance and direct sales.
