Duties and Responsibilities
Performs duties related to Janitorial Closet Inventory Program: identifies core list of items in primary and secondary janitorial closets; assesses inventory levels; restocks janitorial closets; and places orders for replenishment. Assists with the duties in other warehouse units including: processes warehouse orders and builds delivery manifests; responds to customer requests and resolves complaints; maintains warehouse upkeep; provides backup in other warehouse locations.

Position Requirements
Desired qualifications:
Experience in customer service and operating various types of warehouse equipment; experience with OSU's PeopleSoft inventory module; experience working with teams; training in hazardous material safety and using bar coding equipment; must have reliable transportation and the ability to transport oneself to various campus locations.
