Duties and Responsibilities

Increased base rates for all hourly positions.

Job Summary:  Job ID:  3590 – SATSS – FT (Hourly) – $16.25/hr

 

Performs a variety of specialized complex administrative tasks requiring independent judgment related to Accounts Payable Vendor Master File Maintenance and analysis with secondary tasks related to answering general financial system support questions. All tasks are directly related to ensuring the successful completion of the daily operations within the Controller's Office financial systems. Independent judgment is exercised within general guidelines and established policies of the Controller’s Office and the Finance and Business Services division.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to follow directions & work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to walk & stand for a minimum of 4 hours and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license
  • Prior experience as an usher, ticket taker, or event staff member
  • Experience using technology including but not limited to: ticket scanners, ShiftPlanning scheduling software, composing & responding to emails, & Kronos timekeeping software
