Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Project & Data Management Lead, the Project & Data Management Specialist is responsible for event registration setup and management from beginning to end, and uploading data from past events, volunteer opportunities, and membership rosters.  Works closely with internal partners across Advancement to gather requirements for event registration setup.  Plans and executes the building of online event registration forms on external event pages.  Uses simple to complex hierarchies to control access to various versions of those registration forms.  Provides knowledge of internal-facing event and membership modules (BBEC/TAS) and external-facing event registration webpages (BBIS) for the Advancement Engagement Services team as well as internal and external users.  Troubleshoots and resolves data import issues. Participates in database testing projects and related activities and meetings to include writing and tracking the progress of detailed testing scenarios.

Position Requirements

Desired:

Intermediate Level/knowledge of Excel; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
