Duties and Responsibilities
The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is seeking a Program Coordinator for the office of Advanced Education and Graduate Studies.
- Coordinates day to day operations of the Office of Graduate Studies in the College of Dentistry
- Administers entire admissions process for dental residents and graduate students
- Processes graduate registration
- Oversees and monitors grades and maintains quarterly progress reports
- Organizes and facilitates new graduate student orientation
- Processes forms and monitors licensing; performs office duties such as taking minutes, maintaining files and writing correspondence
- Oversees fee authorizations for graduate students and monitors fee statements
- Assists with college accreditation process
A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience in program planning and administration.
experience with admissions/registration (Marx system) procedures desired; familiarity with Graduate School policies and procedures desired; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, strong communication and organization skills; knowledge of web-based applications; DocuSign experience desired.
