Duties and Responsibilities

The Ohio State University College of Dentistry is seeking a Program Coordinator for the office of Advanced Education and Graduate Studies.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates day to day operations of the Office of Graduate Studies in the College of Dentistry
  • Administers entire admissions process for dental residents and graduate students
  • Processes graduate registration
  • Oversees and monitors grades and maintains quarterly progress reports
  • Organizes and facilitates new graduate student orientation
  • Processes forms and monitors licensing; performs office duties such as taking minutes, maintaining files and writing correspondence
  • Oversees fee authorizations for graduate students and monitors fee statements
  • Assists with college accreditation process
Position Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.  Experience in program planning and administration.

Desired:

experience with admissions/registration (Marx system) procedures desired; familiarity with Graduate School policies and procedures desired; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, strong communication and organization skills; knowledge of web-based applications; DocuSign experience desired.
