Duties and Responsibilities

The Program Associate will perform a variety of moderately complex clerical and administrative tasks requiring some independent judgment related to ensuring the successful completion of the daily operations of a University administrative unit. Provide direct administrative support for nursing department operations and work in collaboration with departmental administrative support on the Hamilton Campus.

Position Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with DARs and Banner; knowledge of standard office procedures and equipment; and excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Relevant background and proven skills necessary to perform the required duties including: ability to interact and work effectively with staff, faculty, students, and administrators; ability to work independently and prioritize; attention to detail; ability to work toward and meet deadlines; established proficiency with computers and office applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access including mail-merge functions); ability to work within confidentiality guidelines

Required Experience

basic Qualifications:

This position requires nine months of coursework or training beyond high school in Business Administration and two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
