Duties and Responsibilities
Increased base rates for all hourly positions.
Job Summary: Job ID: 3621 – SATSS – PT (Hourly) – $13.35/hr
This position reports to the Associate Director of the PMBA assisting students and faculty during the evening that class is in session and is located at the VOALC in West Chester, Ohio.
Performs a variety of clerical and administrative tasks related to supporting daily operations of department and providing information regarding department's activities to users and potential users.
Requires six months of business administration related coursework or training beyond high school and one year related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate Degree
- Working knowledge of Miami University systems (e.g. Banner, Canvas, etc.)
- Working knowledge of sales tracking database software
- Administrative support experience in an academic setting or a large organization
