Duties and Responsibilities
Administration of On-Campus Interview Program-Coordinates extensive on-campus recruiting (OCI) programs, including fall, spring and public sector programs, organizes all aspects of campus recruiting including planning, scheduling dates, creating interview schedules, and developing recruiting materials. Maintain accurate recruiting and employer information; analyze and report on recruiting activity. Responsible for developing and maintaining employer relationships, oversee accuracy of web-based OCI system, promote opportunities to students, advise students, employers and staff on interview issues and collaborates with other team members to ensure successful program.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in program planning, managing communications and administration. Desired: Master's degree in Communications, Higher Education or related field. Experience in the legal or legal recruiting field and in student services is preferred. Preference is also given to applicants with strong organizational and communications skills (including the ability to manage social media) and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team. Candidate should be results-oriented and have a proactive problem-solving approach.
