Duties and Responsibilities

The Maintenance Supervisor coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in the Central Indiana Regional buildings. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assign workers to various projects. Performs a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on Central Indiana Regional buildings and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment. Also completes minor construction projects. Provides supervision to others.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in a maintenance trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) or at least 3 years of documented experience at journey level
  • 5 years of supervisory experience
  • Associates degree in a related field
