Duties and Responsibilities

The primary function of this position is the supervision and daily operations of the Financial Aid Outreach and Veterans Affairs offices in the Indianapolis campus service area. Extensive emphasis is on customer service with a focus on student advocacy in navigating, understanding, and completing the financial aid and VA benefits processes. The Director must ensure accuracy in all financial aid and veterans service related student interactions.  This position requires a high level of financial aid knowledge and student advocacy.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, student services, or other related field
  • At least three years of relevant financial aid experience in higher education environment required
  • Two years of successful prior demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
Required Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree
