Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary: Job ID: 6091 – FT – Unclassified (salaried)

Under general to minimal direction, perform documented information security processes, with a primary focus on the university’s information security risk assessment process.  As directed, research information security topics, tools, techniques, and threats.  Serve as an information security resource on projects. This position will be responsible for working with clients to evaluate information security risk across the institution.

Position Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

Information Security Analyst I requires Bachelor's degree and 1 year relevant experience.

Information Security Analyst II requires Bachelor's degree and 2 years relevant experience.

Required Experience

Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience providing the knowledge/skills/abilities listed above may be substituted. Experience in these knowledge/skills/abilities may be earned concurrently.
