Duties and Responsibilities

Job Summary: Job ID 6708 – FT – Unclassified (salaried)
The HR Records Analyst has responsibility for auditing personnel records in our HRIS system (Banner) for accuracy. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with the HR and/or the Payroll team to research and resolve issues, document process and procedures, and train HR users regarding records maintenance. Key functions for this role are to review change requests (pay increases, bonus payments, record changes), and resolve any issues.
The position will proof, audit and sign off on payroll data, monitor payments for compliance with wage and hour laws, validate bonus payments, calculate retroactive pay and terminal payouts. Some interaction with internal and external auditors required.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 1 year of related experience; or Associate's Degree in Accounting or a related field and at least 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comprehensive Microsoft Excel experience required.
