CNC Milling Operator 2nd Shift

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate & work within an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to accomplish tasks in a normal scope of a programmer / designer
  • Knowledge of prototyping & machining techniques to assist project team in creating prototypes quickly & economically
  • Knowledge of geometric tolerance application & principals
  • Proficient in use of department equipment
  • Demonstrate ability to manage, coordinate & organize prototype multiple projects
  • Strong team / customer focus
Position Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent degree
  • Experience in NX CAD / CAM
  • 2-4 years demonstrated experience in related product design & manufacturing required, using department equipment
  • 3‑D experience in NX CAD/CAM, rapid prototyping technologies & a thorough understanding of material & manufacturing capabilities
  • Past experience in design of plastic & metallic parts, components & assemblies
  • CNC machining experience
  • Design & fabrication of molds preferred
  • Ability to resolve technical issues
  • Ability to implement new technologies, processes & procedures

Must be able to train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift once training is completed.
