Duties and Responsibilities

Farmer School of Business:  Director of Graduate Programs to coordinate the MS in business analytics and the forthcoming MS in Management graduate programs.  Duties will include: program marketing, to include reports, newsletters, website/social media content, and development/execution of a marketing plan; student recruitment, placement, advising, orientation; program budgeting; program assessment, to include conducting surveys, coordinating reviews, maintaining statistics; external networking to recruit clients for program components, engagement with career services and exploration of opportunities to collaborate with other professional graduate programs, dual degree programs and graduate certificates across the University; engage with faculty to develop plans for online/hybrid delivery, in preparation for potentially expanding to online program delivery; other duties as assigned. Position is a one-year appointment with the potential for renewal based on funding and performance

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

Master’s degree; four years of professional experience and networks in business; collaborative skills, vision and demonstrated ability to execute on the delivery. The position is not eligible for H-1B sponsorship.
