Duties and Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Executive Director of Finance, responsible for daily operations of the Bursar’s/Payroll Office. Supervises the processing and documentation of all receivables and payroll activities. Assist in maintaining proper internal controls and compliance of college policy.

Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or business administration or equivalent work experience. Minimum of four years payable or payroll experience.
  • Supervisor experience  
  • Must possess excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of personal computers and spreadsheet software
