Position Requirements
Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- 4-5 years of full-service restaurant management experience
- At least 1 year working in a fine-dining, high volume establishment
- Passion for development of others and our ‘associates come first' philosophy
- Above average knowledge and ability to manage food, labor, and liquor
- Knowledge of Dallas market preferred
