Company Summary

Buckeye Hospitality Construction, LLC, was formed by Cameron Mitchell Restaurants (CMR) in 2011 to specifically build and develop CMR locations and Rusty Bucket Restaurant & Tavern locations. BHC handles all general contracting and project supervision for these construction projects in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Receive all pertinent project information from Project Manager
  • Become familiar with plans, specifications, site, local codes, local officials and inspection procedures
  • Set up field office, communications, temporary services and trash removal
  • Assist Project Manager in developing the project schedule
  • Schedule all company employees, subcontractors and deliveries
  • Schedule and attend all required inspections
  • Complete and submit all paperwork
  • Establish and maintain benchmarks and reference points
  • Work with owner, owner’s rep, architect and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts
  • Communicate, implement and enforce company safety policy
  • Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings
  • Attend walk through at job completion to ascertain punch list
  • Facilitate weekly safety meetings at job site
  • Execute punch list in a timely manner and obtain all necessary signed acknowledgments
  • Close out field office and project as necessary
Position Requirements
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines
  • Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
  • Experience both in union and non-union environments
  • Experience in computer technology
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in: ground-up construction, renovations, with an emphasis on retail/restaurants
  • National Travel is required for this position: 70% Travel
