Duties and Responsibilities
The Ohio State University, one of the nation’s leading public universities, is seeking applications for an Enterprise Project Change Analyst for the Finance workstream. The Change Analyst provides organizational change management support on the Enterprise Project, one of the most visible and complex initiatives and projects undertaken by the university. This is a key role in the project’s Business Process team and Organizational Change Management (OCM) team.
Reporting to the Business Process workstream, the Change Analyst will contribute to the OCM initiatives (learning, communications, and stakeholder engagement) for the business functional areas in which they are assigned. Specifically, this position supports the process design and validation sessions, identifies and documents business process changes and impact on users, develops tactics to address these changes, and works closely with the functional team to implement these strategies.
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience in system implementation or change management role(s) responsible for business processes and/or change management activities related to business process change.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with employees, peers, executive leadership, customers, vendors, technical team members and others.
