Duties and Responsibilities
Serves as business analyst for the University Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Services Organization, which is comprised of procurement, accounts payable, and operations functional areas; conducts a broad range of data and process analysis as a basis for information dissemination, strategic planning, quality improvement and decision making; leads efforts for system and business process review and improvements in assigned areas, including the development, coordination, and prioritization of projects; assists with answering college and support unit questions related to P2P systems; conducts research and data analysis to support planning, decision-making and problem-solving using analytical tools and techniques.
Position Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other Business-related field; five years of experience in implementing and/or supporting purchasing, accounts payable, and operations processes and system changes; experience in project management; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, organizational skills and the demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic service environment; higher education/public sector experience preferred.
