Duties and Responsibilities
The HR Shared Service Center (HRSSC) – Lead is responsible for supporting the implementation and upon transition of service delivery, directing the operations of Shared Services for Human Resources. Provides leadership and guidance for all activities within the newly designed HR Shared Services unit, which will include Professional Services (Total Rewards: Compensation; Benefits; Retirement and Absence Management; Talent Management; Employee and Labor Relations, Immigration Services), HR Operations (Employee-facing HR Services and HR data management and Onboarding, and Operational Excellence (enabling technology and continuous improvement) areas). This position is responsible for customer relationship management and is accountable meeting Service Commitments for HR Shared Services. This position collaborates with the HR Business Partners, HR Consultants, Shared Services teams, HR Leadership, HR Centers of Expertise and key business stakeholders to ensure that processes and procedures are being evaluated to provide best-in-class service. This position is a member of the HR Executive Leadership Team reporting to the Senior Vice President for Talent, Culture and HR.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in HR, Shared Service Organizations, and/or related fields.
- Extensive people management experience (10+ people).
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software.
Desired qualifications include:
- HR Information Systems experience preferred Workday and/or ServiceNow a plus.
