Duties and Responsibilities
The Ohio State University at Lima is seeking candidates for an Athletic Director position to provide leadership to Ohio State Lima and Rhodes State College athletic programs, including intramurals; perform all administrative tasks associated with athletics programs, including but not limited to scheduling intercollegiate games, officials, announcers; oversees gymnasium and athletic facilities operations; develop marketing strategies for Barons athletics; prepare and monitor annual budget; and to coach one Barons team per academic year.
Position Requirements
Previous coaching and administrative experience in an athletic environment; strong recruiting and retention activities record; ability to work effectively with diverse populations; strong interpersonal skills; thorough knowledge of office systems and ability to use a broader range of technology, systems, and packages; strong written and verbal communication skills, and organizational skills.
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
