Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking to add an Agricultural Used Equipment Sales Manager to our leadership team to define and deploy a profitable used equipment strategy. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with agricultural equipment, successful sales/purchasing skills, ability to handle P&L responsibility and demonstrated leadership abilities.
- 5 years’ experience with capital equipment/fleet management, strongly prefer experience in used agricultural equipment
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Effective understanding of farm production, practices and specific knowledge of equipment, application and operation
The primary responsibilities for this role will be to follow the KEI Vision for used equipment to: enhance profitability of the company; define the role; set procedures; and standardize processes for purchasing, resale and reconditioning. Key performance indicators will be Used Inventory Turn, Used Gross Profit, and Used Equipment Sales.
