Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the development of quality systems and controls for internal manufacturing processes
- Lead product launch activity
- Act as a customer representative by communicating with customers and suppliers
- Provide day-to-day engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues
Position Requirements
- Technical Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Fluency in systems such as APQP, PPAP, FMEA’s and QS9000/TS16949
- Proficiency in SPC and MSA
- Working knowledge of GD&T principles
- Familiarity with DOE and advanced problem-solving skills
- Experience with: Noise, vibration and clamp load testing; Vehicle test equipment design, troubleshooting, and calibration
- Japanese language skills a plus
