We are a full-service Information Technology (IT) Solutions Provider and Systems Integrator delivering value-added solutions, including software development and sustainment, program & project management, systems engineering, enterprise architecture, automatic identification technology (AIT), business intelligence, information assurance, cyber security, managed IT services and remote system monitoring, help desk, field services and business process re-engineering. We are currently anticipating growth in our Dayton-area efforts and seek candidates for the following Network Administrator position contingent upon our being awarded the contract for this effort.
All work will be performed in Dayton, Ohio, to support the efforts of The National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Qualified individuals for these positions must currently hold a Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance.
Description: Under general direction, manages Local Area Network (LAN) performance and maintains LAN security. Installs, maintains and monitors the operation of the LAN. Able to evaluate vendor products in hardware, software and telecommunications equipment and recommend purchases consistent with short and long term objectives. Recommends and implements LAN policies and standards, ensuring adherence to security procedures. Maintains contact with outside organizations in the maintenance, service and/or purchase of the LAN. Trains users on LAN operations and procedures.
Qualifications: At a minimum, bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field with 2 years experience in administration of local area and wide area networks in Windows NT and UNIX environments.
